**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
**Skills:**
- Experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
