We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for assisting customers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will be a temporary assignment for about 30 days to cover a Leave of Absence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for enhanced customer interactions.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
