Responsibilities:

Work closely with teams from different departments to effectively implement new products and service strategies.

Compete in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Perform meticulous diagnostic assessments, proactive maintenance, and preventive measures.

Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.

Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and protocols.

Provides onsite commissioning of instruments, repairs, upgrades, updates, and preventive maintenance.

Displays integrity, understanding, tact, fairness, and technical knowledge in all customer interactions.

Collaborates with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Follows policies that pertain to the handling of spare parts: ordering, usage, returns, physical count, trunk stock management, etc.

Maintains technical proficiency level for servicing our instrument line-up by reviewing instrument manuals/technical documents, attending trainings, and participation in team meetings.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, or a related field. Equivalent work experience and knowledge can substitute.

Typically requires approximately 2+ years hands on technical experience installing, solving, repairing and calibrating complex analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, Prober, or similar systems.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex scientific equipment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
