We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent patient care and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking patients in and out, answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, triaging calls, insurance verification and benefits calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support to the Audiologist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct patients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide general information about the practice to patients and families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
