Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Sending faxes
- Making copies
- Filing documents
- Checking and sending mail and email
- Schedule and oversee employees and independent contractors
- Monitoring patient scheduling, referrals and satisfaction
- Update office procedures
- Applying basic bookkeeping skills
- Ensure positive collaboration between caregivers and patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA as well as internal policies
- Arrange informational materials for caregivers and patients
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Customer service orientation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or office environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and order processing
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $17.99 - $21.67 per hour
