Aspire Surgical is looking for a dedicated, friendly and detail-oriented team member to support our front office team. This role is a unique and exciting way to interact with patients over the phone and support them in their oral surgery journey. You will have a chance to connect with referring offices, patients and team members. We look forward to discussing how you can make a positive impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone

Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for consultation and/or treatment

Quickly respond to incoming appointment requests and referrals

Monitor patient accounts receivable, collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger

Update necessary documents in patient chart

Outbound calls to patients to schedule new appointments

Additional duties as needed
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a dental front office setting

Customer Service experience
