Overview:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, customer service, and data entry.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Assist in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting visitors.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing.
- Handle real estate administrative tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on data entry and customer service.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting functions.
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for efficient office management.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
