Front Office Lead

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Provide informational property tours to hotel guests and wine tours with hotel vehicle as needed
- Serve as a Guest Ambassador for any service needs, or local knowledge and expertise
- Supervise daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve performance
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel operations in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with customers
- Knowledge of stock management principles and inventory control practices
