About the Role:
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor will report directly to the Clinical Director and work out of our Mesa location or remote. They will manage treatment implementation and oversee all ABA employees in need of clinical supervision. You will support, supervise, and train employees performing ABA programming. They are enthusiastic and ready to assist with establishing positive changes in the lives of our clients.
Job Summary:
- Supervise and train individualized ABA programming for clients in office, home, and community settings
- Develop treatment plans and perform assessments
- Lead and train a team of behavior technicians
- Provide clinical supervision to employees in ABA programming (Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB)
- Review all documentation and monitor progress of staff and client progression
- Provide training as needed
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team and clients and their families
- Facilitate team meetings and oversight
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Clinical Supervisor Approval from BCBA
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to write, read, speak, understand, analyze and interpret documents such as client safety/treatment plans, progress notes, assessment materials, and procedure manuals in the English language.
- Must be able to function independently and be able to seek guidance when necessary to assist in working with children and families.
- Good knowledge of a variety of therapeutic interventions and models emphasizing empirically validated interventions to facilitate appropriate trauma informed driven care to clients ages 6+
- Knowledge of HIPAA, Mandating reporting, and limits of confidentiality
- Skills to maintain a professional, confidential work environment
- Understand and respond to a diverse population
Other Information:
- Salary Range $40-$47.50 per hour depending on licensure and experience
