We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Display Coordinator. This role involves creating and building displays, developing instruction sheets, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, and entry-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Display Creation:
- Design and build displays for products.
- Create detailed instruction sheets for product assembly and usage.
- Documentation:
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document processes and create reports.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design tasks as needed.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Communicate effectively with bilingual customers.
- Translate documents and instructions as necessary.
Qualifications
- Basic Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Entry-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus.
- Language Skills:
- Bilingual ability (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to build and design displays.
- Competence in creating clear and concise instruction sheets.
- Customer Service:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
