We are seeking a highly skilled Data Recovery Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data recovery operations, with a deep understanding of data storage systems, file systems, and recovery techniques. As a Data Recovery Engineer, you will be responsible for recovering lost or corrupted data from various storage devices, including hard drives, SSDs, RAID arrays, flash drives, and mobile devices. You will work closely with clients to understand their data loss scenarios and provide efficient and effective recovery solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform data recovery operations using specialized tools and techniques.
- Analyze data storage systems and file structures to identify recovery options.
- Develop and implement recovery plans based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for recovery.
- Test recovered data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of recovery processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data recovery technology.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data recovery operations.
- Proficiency in data recovery software and tools (e.g., R-Studio, Ontrack EasyRecovery, Disk Drill).
- Strong understanding of data storage systems, file systems, and data recovery techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
