Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote TSOLife's mission and products, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and will play a key role in developing and implementing a broad range of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels, creating and scheduling posts to promote content and engage followers
- Monitor social media metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Segment email lists and personalize email content to target specific audiences
- Track email campaign performance, optimizing for better open and click-through rates
- Develop blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, and other content that aligns with TSOLife's mission and vision
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate engaging and informative content
- Create landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs) to capture leads
- Implement lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences
- Use HubSpot to track lead interactions and manage the sales funnel progression
- Handle conference booth materials, collateral, and logistics
- Manage event registration and booking
- Plan and execute pre- and post-conference initiatives
- Track and report on the success of conferences, including leads generated
- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive webinar strategy
- Manage all communications with webinar participants, ensuring a smooth experience
- Handle pre- and post-webinar outreach and follow-up
- Track and report on webinar success and engagement metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in the senior living or tech industry
- Marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and lead generation
- HubSpot experience is required; experience with Adobe, Asana, and Canva preferred
- Sharp project management, communication, and writing skills
- Experience tracking and reporting on marketing performance across various metrics and diverse channels
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, and high-performance environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and collaborative skills

Pay: $59,285.00 - $65,113.00 per year
