As the Senior Director, Recruiting, reporting to the CHRO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by leading and managing our recruitment strategy specifically for Corporate, Sales and Executive positions to maximize impact across Astreya. Your primary responsibility will be to attract, engage, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and policies that align with the organization's growth objectives and workforce planning needs.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of off-shore recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize processes, and report on key performance metrics to senior management.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to understand their talent needs and deliver recruitment solutions accordingly.

Compliance and Diversity: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

Technology Utilization: Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience 10+ in recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in Workday will be advantageous.

Salary Range
$171,000.00 - $270,000.00 USD (Salary)
