Customer Care Representative - Customer Service

Summary:
The Customer Care team, consisting of skilled professionals, serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers. This role encompasses various responsibilities, such as generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction by going above and beyond. Occasional travel may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming e-mails, telephone calls, walk-ins, fax orders and RFQ’s
- Determine required parts to fulfill an order according to part numbers and/or customer descriptions
- Provide internal and external customer service and sales support on all product lines
- Prepare quotes, provide product information, resolve customer concerns, investigate order entry/shipping/invoicing errors, expedite shipments, and maintain open order reports
- Purchase and/or transfer products to meet customer delivery timeframes
- Read schematics and charts to determine needed products
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business and/or relevant experience preferred
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- Customer Service experience in natural gas industry highly preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Team player
- Must have valid driver’s license without restrictions
