Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking an experienced Order Entry/Customer Account Specialist for a packaging company located in Schaumburg, IL. This role is a temporary-to-hire position offering great stability and growth in a small/collaborative office.
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, Starting Pay $22/HR

Responsibilities:
- Answer general questions the customers/clients may have about available products and services
- Enter customer purchase orders or sample requests; perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently and keeping record of details.
- Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
- Forward information to appropriate departments as needed
- Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
- Communicate with customers via Live Chat to provide real time help and services
