MAJOR FUNCTION:
Responsible for providing call center customer service and responds to employee questions and inquiries involving matters pertaining to HR policies, employee benefit programs, employee leaves, performance management and compliance. Supports HR information systems by processing HR action requests in an accurate and timely manner. Prepares and processes appropriate documentation as necessary. Supports all HR Services processes and assists with projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred or minimum 3 plus years of experience in Human Resources required.
Certification/Licensure:
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and has accurate data entry skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately perform in a high volume, variable workload, environment with frequent interruptions.
- Results oriented, works effectively and independently under general guidelines.
