PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as primary point-of-contact for client.
- Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns.
- Maintain contact with an established customer base.
- Identify and establish new clients.
- Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues for both internal and external sales.
- Assist in strategy development.
- Proactively find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts.
- Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
- Monitor agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness.
- Improve customer perception with emphasis on customer service.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling Mission Products and Handling Tools
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Creating and executing sales strategies
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree OR 5 plus years of industry experience.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Must understand the Drilling Industry and the equipment used to do so.
