Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Gifting & Affiliates)
As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator you will help spread our message of “Fit, Trend & Color Obsessed” through thoughtful gifted collaborations and sensational hauls broadcast by loyal influencers. This position works behind the scenes to help drive brand engagement and reach. You need to know how to work your magic to get our clothes in front of the right people in order to expand our list of global fans.
You will join a small team of 5 so this role is for someone that is not afraid to take charge and thrives in a self-startup environment. This role requires a strong point of view in fashion and style as well as cultural alignment with our diverse customer base. You’ll be expected to facilitate the creation of engaging content that follows our brands guidelines and helps meet merchandising goals.
This position is fully remote, however must be OK to attend occassial PR related events as needed in NY/NJ area.
What you'll do:
- Identify new nano, micro, and macro influencer partnership opportunities primarily, but not limited to Tiktok, Instagram and Youtube.
- Oversee and execute all influencer product gifting.
- Monitor social media content from collaborations and present quality content to the Social Media Team for re-posting on the Rebdolls Instagram, TikTok, and related accounts.
- Oversee influencer affiliate program via direct links and tiktok shop partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with social influencers on behalf of Rebdolls through collaborations and regular communication.
- Vet inbound influencer inquiries to ensure they meet established criteria including brand alignment, content quality, promotional tactics, etc. and make recommendations accordingly.
- Partner with product teams to understand product drop schedule and strategize on content development that is engaging and ultimately results in sales.
- Create weekly recap reports and decks analyzing and leveraging data-based insights on influencer performance.
- Proactively stays up to date with up-and-coming influencers, platforms, pop culture & competitive news.
- Work cross-functionally to successfully implement new campaigns, materials, and content for influencer marketing programs.
- Stay up to date with the social algorithm to help optimize our videos for high engagement and visibility.
Required Competencies:
- 0-1 years’ experience in influencer marketing (entry-level)
- Familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Experience working with influencer relationship management platforms, i.e., CreatorIQ, Grin, Captiv8, a plus.
- Passion for influencers & celebrities, staying on top of the changing social media landscape including platforms & pop culture news
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Experience collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet business goals
- Ability to analyze channel data and turn into actionable insights and recommendations
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude, purposeful, but ability to have fun, etc.
- An innate curiosity and ability to breakdown complex analyses into concise, straightforward recommendations and marketing initiatives

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
