JOB SUMMARY:
As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting Advanced Practice Provider candidates for our various offices. You will identify and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, networking, referrals, and advertising. You will also provide customer and administrative support to hiring managers. Being a member of the team requires working at a fast pace, while meeting weekly and monthly goals. You are expected to develop candidate pipelines that meet staffing needs, while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, new hire paperwork, confirming training, and any other tasks as required
- Developing innovative recruiting strategies for sourcing and hiring
Strong sales and negotiation skills - - ability to attract passive candidates
- Interviewing applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate hiring manager
- Providing great customer service to candidates by responding to all calls/emails in a timely manner
- Input and update data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding candidate status
- Assist with full cycle recruitment of corporate support and office staff positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- MUST have at least 3 years of previous APP recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent sourcing/screening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, interviewing, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience with Greenhouse is a plus
