As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary focus will be expanding Creative Water's customer base. You will achieve this by collaborating with our distribution partners to secure new accounts for CWS's patented water treatment technology. This green technology is specifically designed for industrial applications such as cooling towers, boilers, and chillers.
PRIMARY DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Direct & supervise all sales activities for all company products in the assigned territory.
- Assist sales channel organizations in the preparation of proposals, presentation to customers and dealers.
- Act as liaison between sales channel organizations and the company on matters of expediting, sales, and technical support.
- Conduct, product and application technical training programs for sales channel organizations.
- Recruit, evaluate, and recommend appointments of sales channel organizations.
- Maintain accuracy of the opportunity pipeline through company provided software and processes.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities that align with the current product portfolio and company core-competence.
- Submit required reports on a timely basis.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time at the direction of supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of chemical water treatment sales experience with cooling towers, boilers, and chllers
- Proven track record of new account acquisition while aggressively growing gross profit YOY
- A talent for creating strategic partnerships with other businesses
- Existing relationships with industrial accounts such as steel mills, chemical manufacturing plants, power plants, industrial manufacturing facilities, meat processing facilities, food manufacturers, bottling plants, breweries, etc
- Experience inspecting, testing, and observing chemical changes in water chemistry using a test kit and resolving water process problems
- Well-versed in using a CRM system to manage sales opportunities and customer accounts
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Willingness to travel as required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
