Holman Aviation is looking for a lead aircraft mechanic for our Part 145 Repair Station. This position offers hands-on troubleshooting and repair of General Aviation aircraft as well as light avionics installation. The lead mechanic will provide aircraft technicians guidance in aircraft repair, technical inspection techniques and procedures according to directives, technical manuals, work standards, and operational policies.

Responsibilities
· Aircraft Maintenance (General Aviation)
· Aircraft Line Maintenance (Commercial Air Carriers, to include on request call outs)
· Oversee/assist other aircraft techs as needed to ensure work standards are being met
· Compliance with FAA Regulations
· Parts Inventory Management including parts ordering
Qualifications
· FAA A&P License
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and technical libraries
· Compliance with DOT Drug & Alcohol Program

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
