PROGRAM ACCOUNT MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading teams to achieve objectives: budget, quality, and on-time delivery for a specific group of customers.
- Responsible for creating and updating schedules for the customers and internal team and determining internal and external resources required for the programs and projects.
- Responsible for defining value streams and applying lean manufacturing principles, in conjunction with Facility Operations team.
- Responsible for developing customer quotes by working with internal teams
Examples of specific responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and closing action items between internal teams and customer.
- Utilizing ERP system to provide updates on labor and material costs
- Promoting teamwork and leading by example
- Assuring compliance with company standards, ISO 9000 / AS 9100 procedures, and FAA regulations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years required in program management, sales, and/or manufacturing of aircraft interior components and/or completions.
- Experience and familiarity with build process and specifications for aircraft interior monuments.
- Familiar with aircraft interior aesthetic criteria based upon common finishes, such as upholstery, paint, and laminate.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Project and MS Excel required.
- Experience in using an ERP system required
- Training in Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Prior experience working in ISO 9000 / AS 9100 environments required
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is based on education and experience
- 10 days' vacation per year, based upon accrued hours. Vacation days increase based upon tenure
- 8+ paid holidays per year
