Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and ABA Para.
- Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
