JOB SUMMARY:
Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing branch and its P&L within a designated Certus Pest Region and managing the activities of branches to execute the organization’s overall sales strategies, increase customer satisfaction and employee retention, and serve as a member of leadership. Regional Director will ensure branches have the resources available to increase business development, promote a safety-first culture, and guide the activities of the Region to ensure that company goals and objectives are exceeded.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Execute strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction while enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout operations within the designated Region.
- Be the primary source of communication for the branches within the Region.
- Oversee the financial performance of the Region including developing long and short-term financial plans, monitoring the budgets and ensuring sound financial controls are in place; set financial priorities and become adept at creating monthly and quarterly projections.
- Monitor the performance of branches and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
- Develop a team of Branch Managers by providing training, coaching, and guidance to motivate them to achieve and exceed company goals and build a strong customer-centric culture.
- Create and maintain a safety-first culture that seeks to provide the best products and services in a way that protects both our customers and employees.
- Work closely with Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations to ensure growth and success of branches by developing and implementing sales strategies that align with current company goals and initiatives.
- Identify and share best practices for the benefit of all branches and Regions.
- Devise creative solutions to improve sales within branches.
- Support non-operations functions by:
- Coordinating and working with them to develop continuous improvement and implementation of best practices on all aspects of the operation.
- Providing an operations perspective on proposed initiatives or projects.
- Collaborating on decisions that carry contractual, legal, tax, or other implications.
- Ensure all safety regulations within each branch are 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the Leadership Team to refine strategic plans.
- Adhere and abide to all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
