BCBA
Duties:
✓Conductsintake assessments and reassessments for patients
✓Creates skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategies
✓Participates in interdisciplinary collaboration/meetings with educators, speech, and occupational therapists
✓Analyzes patient data and makes necessary program modifications
✓Models implementation of treatment for BCaBAs and RBTs
✓ Evaluate staff performance, provide training, and feedback
✓Completes progress reports in accordance with structured deadlines
✓Conducts patient re-assessments when necessary
✓Conducts parent training as required
✓Provides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed
