Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling files with care
- Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
- You'll learn negotiation tactics to effectively communicate with insurance companies and stakeholders.
- You'll gain knowledge of building requirements and construction processes to assess claims effectively.
- Coordinating information between departments
- Review file activity to ensure thoroughness and effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
- Collaborating with the Estimating Department, Account Managers, and Follow-Up Liaisons to process files efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knack for organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Able to adapt to new technologies and software platforms
