We are hiring for a full time position. Candidates will need to be able to work every other weekend as part of their work rotation.
Responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Setup Tray Lines
- Assemble/prepare, plate, and serve meals to resident population
- Adhere to specific medical dietary restrictions and orders
- Prepare food and beverages in a manner that is consistent with medical dietary orders
- Clean and sanitize all materials and work stations
- Take call-in and special request orders from patients and families
- Assist and take direction from the Kitchen Manager and Charge Cooks
- Label and rotate stocked items per directions/policies
- Receive/Unload/ and store all stock and food deliveries
- Any other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager and/or facility Administration
- Attend all required in-services and/or complete online training as required
- Adhere to all government enforced safety and infection control standards
- Due to current Federal/State COVID-19 requirements, all employees must wear masks when/where it's appropriate
- Treat all residents, families, and co-workers with respect and friendliness'
