- 3 years of office and customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls and warmly greeting visitors.
- Establish and organize both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Regularly file documents and communicate with clients' insurance companies.
- Create, edit, and format documents, including letters, reports, and instructional materials.
- Coordinate appointments and keep calendars up-to-date.
- Draft and disseminate various communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
- Oversee all incoming leads and disbursements, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
