Pay tops out at $71,224 for this position. Pay amounts are in 2024 dollars, and amounts can also be increased yearly with a cost-of-living adjustment granted by Congress each year. Successful performance at the Customer Service Representative position can lead to a promotion as a Claims Specialist.
