Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR check.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Certification in auto body repair (I-CAR, ASE) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an auto body technician.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of auto body repair processes and techniques.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for auto body repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to perform consistent physical activities, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair work needed.
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs on damaged vehicle parts, including body panels, frames, and undercarriage components.
- Remove and replace damaged parts with new or repaired parts.
- Align and straighten damaged vehicles to restore structural integrity.
- Perform welding, soldering, and metalworking tasks as needed.
- Apply fillers, sand, and smooth repaired surfaces to prepare for painting.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to regulations for handling hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with other team members, including estimators, painters, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient operations.
- Document repairs and maintain accurate records of parts used, labor hours, and other relevant information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
