The Builder Sales Manager will work closely with National Sales Managers to collaborate with sales team and agency partners to achieve growth objectives in the Residential New Construction (RNC) channel. We are looking for someone to implement and execute builder strategies for all brands through sales KPIs, organizational objectives, and channel/market objectives that are aligned with senior management. This position provides high-level exposure to the RNC channel.
This role covers the Southeast region, supporting the water Heating Division.
