We are seeking a full time Jewelry Sales Professional to become an integral part of our team.
You will be responsible for providing a luxurious experience to our clients, while increasing client conversion and retention to drive business revenue and cultivate loyalty in one of our private designer showrooms.
Responsibilities:
- Create a first class experience for all clients by asking relevant questions to correctly establish needs and preferences
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
- Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of mutual respect and teamwork
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
- Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow up with clients
- Utilize our POS software
- Communicate effectively to avoid conflict and miscommunication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, jewelry, luxury customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and Organized

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
