Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate calls between 3 loctations and multiple providers.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and calendars effectively
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Front Office Manager or related position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of medical office procedures or dental receptionist experience is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
