Main responsibility and tasks
- Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse
- Responding to calls from TSC manager in a timely and professional manner
- Pulling and staging orders for each job
- Performing loading or unloading duties as assigned on a daily basis
- Double-checking all loads for accuracy and ensuring that they are thoroughly secured for delivery
- Operating forklifts safely and responsibly
- Complete other related tasks or duties and assist other departments with staging and testing as directed by your supervisor
- Maintain housekeeping in the warehouse and yard areas at all times
- Perform all duties safely, wearing required personal protective equipment
- Observe all safety rules and immediately report hazards to the supervisor
- Be punctual and at work daily
- Follow all company processes, rules, and regulations, per the Employee Handbook and Quality Management System (QMS) manual
Qualification requirements
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Positive attitude and team player
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Preferable 1-year experience in shipping/warehouse operations
- Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong interpersonal, decision making, problem-solving and basic math skills
