Job Summary:
Provides guest-related information at the Guest Services Center, promoting a professional and positive image of the Information Services Program and Medical Center.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Three years of work experience.
- University courses in communications, psychology, or a related area preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Essential Functions:
- Solves problems and provides referral services for internal and external requests.
- Gives directions to Medical Center visitors.
- Provides information on Medical Center policies and procedures.
- Uses the computer system to obtain requested information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the Medical Center layout and services.
