Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Content Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader who is passionate about early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in content design and creation. Experience using Canva is required. All candidates must present a presentation portfolio.
Required Shift: Monday – Friday, hybrid schedule: 2-3 days on-site in our Downtown, Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603
Compensation: $50,00 - $65,000 annually; based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:

Understand company’s brand portfolio and style guidelines to ensure company’s mission and values are reflected in all mediums of content.
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy (e.g., newsletters, print, email, drip, ads, web) that resonates with target audiences.
- Create high-quality content in various formats, including email and website copy, social media content, videos, articles/blog posts, e-books, landing pages or other content pieces aligned with marketing objectives and niche communities.
- Develop a content calendar to maintain a consistent flow of fresh content.
- Promote content on social media and other various platforms and engage with followers.
- Research industry competitors and stay up to date on developments and trends in the early childhood education space.
- Recommend generative AI tools to assist in generating content.
- Analyze content performance data and identify process improvement opportunities for value-add within content strategy.
- Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our childcare centers’ websites.
- Ability to develop professional writing both short form and long form copy.
- Work cross-functionally to understand content creation needs and business objectives for departments requesting marketing support.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
