Job Title: Administrative Assistant.
Location: San Antonio, Texas.
Reports to: Texas Manager.
Languages: Spanish and English.
The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative and general office support to ensure the efficient operation of the Texas office. This role includes a variety of tasks related to correspondence, record-keeping, organization and direct assistance to management, ensuring all interactions with clients, back-office team in Colombia and staff are positive and productive.

- Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related fields preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Familiarity with administrative management software and databases.
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with availability for overtime if necessary.
