Head of Guest Services
We are seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to assist in leading our retreat guest services team. This role oversees all retreat hosts, manages the Food & Beverage and wine programs, and ensures a seamless, luxury guest experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and report directly to the Executive Director, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Supervision: Assist in leading the guest services team, fostering a culture of excellence and personalized service.
- F&B and Wine Programs: Collaborate on the development and execution of our F&B and wine offerings, working closely with the Executive Chef to curate an outstanding dining experience.
- Guest Services Management: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Training and Development: Assist with training programs for the guest services team, maintaining high service standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Feedback Management: Monitor guest feedback, implementing improvements and maintaining consistent service quality.
- Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally to enhance overall guest experiences, including event planning and execution.
- Reporting: Report regularly to the Executive Director, providing updates on operations, guest satisfaction, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a focus on guest services and F&B management.
- Extensive knowledge of wine and culinary trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, committed to providing top-tier guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and G-Suite
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
