Job Description:
Must Have:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Production, Industrial , Mechanical)
2) Engineering Tool Skills
a. Auto Cad
b. Experience with Any 3D Modelling software (Catia, PROE, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX etc)
3) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills In English Language.
4) 8 to 20 Years of Industrial Experience in Industrial equipment/Automation Solution Design. Similar experience as Project Manager can also be considered.
5) Good knowledge of Conventional and contemporary manufacturing processes.
6) Good Analytical Skills
7) Good in Subjects Like Engineering Physics, Engineering Mechanics, Work Study and Time study, Sequencing and queuing , Operators ergonomics, theory of Machines, Strength of Materials and Industrial Safety.
8) Excellent budget control and Tracking skills
9) Good understanding of Project Planning , Project Risk and Risk Mitigation plans.
Responsibilities:
Directs and coordinates engineering activities for the industrial automation project, support proposal team on technical front. Produce design artifacts which may include design report, station process, solution drawings.
Establishes or assists in establishing the detailed project execution plan and the development of the overall project engineering schedule.
Analyzing and discovering issues with customer expectations & specs, as well as concepts proposed. Always presenting a possible solution for discussion, establishes the scope and deliverables with the client. Display high level understanding of the cost incurred in new requirements during discussion and give ballpark figures during client meetings to arrive at a quick decision.
Understand the project, write the process requirement for the automation station/project.
Manages the flow of information required from customers and third parties to assure the timely progress of the engineering work. Own the design solution and demonstrate capability to customers.
Develop the concept and mechanical design for new products/ projects and ensure that the integrity of this design is maintained throughout the product development cycle / project.
Review and approve the design, ensure technical assessments are comprehensive and complete, safety practices and procedures are implemented as per company guidelines / OEM technical data books.
Communicate complex technical issues and recommend solutions to design team, client, and functional management as directed as appropriate.
Take stock of the project and convey the delays to management and client and establish accountability.
Responsible for technical design approvals from client and single point contact for any technical issue to client and internal teams working on the project.
Resolve field-initiated questions on engineering,
Perform feasibility studies; define design parameters, component /product specification/process
Specification and test parameters to ensure optimum quality and reliability.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
