As part of our fast - growing pace, we are currently looking for a Vice President of Growth Marketing to join our team!
Role Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President of Growth Marketing will lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and field marketing programs. You will be instrumental in driving marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline and the expansion of our next-generation mobile security solutions. This role enhances new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement, and retention through innovative demand generation strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development and execution of growth marketing campaigns, utilizing the optimal mix of marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display/retargeting, email, events, paid sponsorships, etc.) across multiple marketing technology platforms.
- Leverage your mastery of growth marketing KPIs (including marketing qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline) to ensure optimal campaign performance and opportunity and risk signals. You’ll track, deliver, and report on results, aligned to business goals.
- Manage a comprehensive marketing budget across field marketing, channel & partner marketing and digital programs ensuring efficient return on spend.
- Work with Content Marketing to ensure we are creating the right assets to drive growth through campaign efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and executive teams to establish priorities, goals and targets, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver on those targets.
- Focus on optimizing funnel conversion rates, driving improvements at all parts of the funnel.
- Use data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI by channel, as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams to ensure efficient lead flow and lead quality.
- Manage and enhance our affiliate and channel programs to maximize reach and impact.
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup atmosphere to meet and exceed business targets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in growth marketing, strongly emphasizing mobile app growth and digital branding.
- Proven success in executing mobile app growth strategies and leveraging social media platforms.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.
- Experience in fast-paced, nimble environments, preferably in startups or SaaS.
