The Ranch Community Store is currently hiring motivated individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and upholding the standards of a high-end thrift store to our Line Sorter position! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Excellent customer service and ensure a great donation/shopping experience for our customers.
- Help maintain store warehouse procedures of sorting, pricing, and moving incoming donations.
- Provide directive and motivation to other team members.
- Unload large furniture donations and load large sold items into customers vehicles.
- Respond to donor and customer questions.
- Communicate Ranch vision with donors and store customers.
- Comply with established standards and policies of The Ranch Community Store's Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience in a service-oriented business (preferred)
- Experience in directing other team members.
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English
- Basic math skills

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
