Our Clinical Outreach Coordinators act as part of a multifaceted marketing campaign that includes phone and in-person marketing to individuals and their families, as well as a book of accounts to be managed. The accounts will include treatment centers, detox facilities, halfway houses, the judicial system, doctors, and other treatment facilities and professionals. This role is responsible for growing the number of referrals and relationships in a list of accounts and using market knowledge to identify opportunities and partnerships to further grow the GateHouse brand.
What You'll Do

Differentiate our approach and product to external stakeholders.
- Promote the program and extended care, including our evidence-based psychotherapy, life-skills development, 12-step immersion, faith, health and wellness, and sober community programs.
- Develop and manage your assigned geographic territory.
- Form alliances with treatment centers and key influential individuals.
- Launch a series of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners geared towards decision-making representatives at treatment centers, town and city councils, law enforcement organizations, and other local leaders.
- Actively participate in all primary substance abuse and recovery organizations, conferences, and tradeshows in your territory.
- Assist the admissions department with assessments, travel, VOBs, and conversations with clients and their families when needed.
- Document all communications with clients or families in the CRM.

- 20 phone calls daily
- 8 meetings a day

Education and Work-Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in the Behavioral Health industry or Business Development

HS diploma; B.S. strongly preferred
