Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer requests through email and phone calls
· Confirm and process incoming customer purchase orders
· Manage customer order schedules and expedite as required
· Communicate issues or setbacks to customers in a timely manner and work with Account Managers to offer solutions
· Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction with professionalism and integrity
· Work independently, prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively
