We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team across multiple states. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities within the assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry or related industry with a proven track record of successful sales management, strategic planning, and team building.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned region(s).
Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the sales team
Manage, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve their goals and objectives
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key accounts and customers
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide feedback on product development
Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to senior management
Manage budgets, expenses and resources effectively to meet targets
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
Experience in sales management for the automotive glass industry or related industries required.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
