- Minimum 2 years operating experience.
- Understanding and knowledge of plans, basic math and skills to assist ground crews with cuts and fills.
- It is expected that operators work as a team and get off equipment and help other team members when necessary.
- Pre work inspections, clean cabs, clean tracks.
- Immediately report and damage or repairs.
- Always be aware of surroundings and potential hazards.
