Job Title: Entry Level-Research & Verification Specialist
Summary
As a probate accounts researcher, your key role is to meticulously match and verify probate-related information for our clients. This involves examining legal documents, such as wills and applications, as well as other sources to accurately identify and link probate accounts.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Enter, Review, and collect data from online sources/county dockets
· Contact courts by phone to verify accuracy of information
· Follow probate law and regulations for each state
· Adhere to the company’s research workflow policies and procedures
· Organize and analyze, cross-check, and validate information
· Update company database and files with research results in a timely manner
· Other tasks and duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED
· Computer skills: must know the general use of Microsoft office applications (excel, word, etc.)
· Able to work well and communicate positively with team members.
Job Type: Full-time
· Salary: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

- Potential Hybrid work after 90days
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Largo, FL 33770: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person first 90 days. Work from Home 2 days a week starting after probationary period if goals are met.
