We are hiring a Regional Director of Program Development. This is a newly created role based on Company growth in the Sarasota, Bradenton and Naples, Florida areas! - Responsible for providing leadership in program development, geographic expansion, and marketing for the skilled, home nursing and home services programs in accordance with policies determined by the Board of Directors and compliance with state, federal, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations and standards.
- Responsible for the development of marketing activities to promote expansion of programs and services and efficiency in delivery of services.
- Participates in establishing community contacts and developing relationships with attorneys, fiduciaries, and various court systems to promote new contracts, business opportunities, educational programs, and resources and to coordinate services to meet goals.
- Assists with policy development, management of new programs, program planning, staff education and liaison with professionals, referral sources, and industry associations.
- Responsible for program development and participates in evaluation of financial performance of assigned programs.
- Directs the opening and licensure of new offices and business development in expanded service areas.
- Participates in developing policies, forms, and public information materials to promote compliance, efficiency, and effective public information about the services the Company provides.
- Provides leadership in the development, implementation and meeting of the Annual Operating Budgets and preparation of financial and statistical reports of the position’s programs.
- Assists with company expansion, infrastructures, and HR initiatives.
- Prepares periodic written and verbal reports and recommendations on activities, personnel, and program developments and ensures the completion, maintenance and submission of such reports and records as required by third party payers, and regulatory agencies.
- Provides leadership, coordination, and liaison to managers to assure quality delivery of care, promote positive outcomes and is available for problem solving.
- Investigates and suggests sources of financial support for programs through appropriate channels and ensures services are provided in accordance with third party payer guidelines.
- Assists with monitoring utilization and productivity and recommends staffing levels to effectively manage resources.
- Acts as a liaison with corporate support staff. Communicates pertinent information efficiently and effectively to promote effective communication, data exchange, quality care and efficient operations.
- Participates on corporate committees to promote effective and efficient operations and meeting revenue goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience in home health care programs.
- Sales and marketing experience resulting in successful program development and expansion of home health and private duty services.
- Knowledge of home health, home services, and home nursing regulations and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
POSITION PHYSICAL DEMAND:
Driving or riding in a motor vehicle, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, and stretching. Lifting to 20 pounds unassisted.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
