Job Summary: The Assistant Overseas Logistics Coordinator provides support to the department’s supervisor and to oversea container shipments by performing the following duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily dispatching drops/pickup of Containers/Live loads
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy of documents and weights
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Verify booking rail cut dates
- Submit rail billings to ship lines
- Creating invoice, packing list and pictures for each shipment
- Inputs inventory into Software
- Responsible for sending daily container movement reports
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
- Backup to Cashier and Logistics Coordinator i.e. Lunch, breaks, PTO
- Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education:
- 1 + year related experience or training
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- High School diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
