Job Description:
Leaf Tree Services is seeking a self motivated, results-driven and people oriented Sales Rep to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Create and nurture new relationships with property managers, regional managers and area managers, specifically targeting Commercial Properties
- Use multiple strategies to get in front of decision makers including, in person site visits, emails, cold calling, etc.
- Organize sales activities in HubSpot
- Have an "always learning" attitude
- This sales role requires you to truly value people and giving them value along the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting / Qualification Calls: In Person Visits, email and call on Property Managers/Multi-family units and other commercial properties. Conduct on-site visits, phone calls and emails to showcase our services to property managers. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Leaf Tree Services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Networking: Attend industry events such as Apartment Association events, Chamber of Commerce events, HOA meetings, conferences, and trade shows to network with property management professionals.
Sales Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance activities. Track metrics. Continuously monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve activity targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status.

- Although this role isn't required to be in an office, the business development aspect requires on site commercial drop in visits 2 - 3 days a week to build business, rapport and have face time. Are you able to do this?

- Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
