Kai Shin Clinic seeks a dynamic thoughtful senior leader to grow with us into the next phase of development. We have spent the last 18 months working on efficiency, culture, and streamlining processes, and we are now moving into the growth phase. This leader must embody the 5 core values of this organization, caring, integrity, collaboration, compentency, and growth. We seek a VP of clinical operations, this will be the second VP to join the ranks of the organization, and will oversee the medical and behavioral health division. The medical branch is divided into three service lines primary care, psychiatry and addiction medicine. The behavioral health branch focuses on therapy, and psychological testing, working hand in hand with the medical and SUD division.
The company has started recently on the EOS operating system, and it has been a nice way to platform the issues and work through them as a team. If you have experience with this great, if not no problem, but a willingness to learn is a must.
This requires a high energy person, with discipline and exemplary work ethic. You will report directly to the CEO, and in the next 2-3 years there is opportunity to move into the CSUITE as this will be established as we continue to grow and hit our goals.
Ideal candidate has 15+ years experience as a health care leader. Has worked their way up the ranks. Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree, ideal master's degree in health care management, operations, or related field. Has a proven track record of operations leadership in a growing fast paced company. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to travel from clinic to clinic, and site to site. Must be able to juggle 15+ projects at a time, and move them all successfully forward. Weekly reporting is required up to the CEO. Need someone that is a people person, and has forward thinking ideas, mixed with experience to come to the table with process improvement that fits our culture.
This role will lead of a team of 8 direct reports, and 22 additional employees. Salary is base, and there are bonus and achievement metrics to discuss upon interview and hire. There is an excellent benefit and compensation package. This role is required to be in person, with 1 day remote work allowed per week.
